Zoe is pretty happy to stay outside almost all the time now, but sometimes he wants in.
He went out, laid in the sun for a few minutes, and then decided to come back in for a little more supper.
Mark and I are both suffering from what must be some kind of summer cold. Mark has been coughing so much for a week that he’s been sleeping, or trying to sleep, in a spare bedroom to avoid keeping me up. Now I’m so hoarse I can barely talk. Mark saw his doctor on Wednesday for something else. The doctor gave him a sample of Advair, a steroidal inhalant, because he heard some bronchial congestion. He told Mark if he wasn’t better by next week, to come back in and he would put him down. Actually he’ll just get a chest X-ray and maybe something stronger.
Are we the only ones with this crud?
I’ve picked up some head cold that is moving into my chest now. Not fun.
I got a cold two weeks ago that started in my head and moved down into my chest, but it was mild and I was only uncomfortable for about 6 days. Unfortunately, Kali has a cold now (she probably got it from me), and colds always make her more uncomfortable than they do me. so, you’re not alone.
Zoe is adorable in that image, by the way.
No head colds or viruses here on the north California coast. I did get very sick in April and still have a bit of congestion since then. Something I should probably talk to a doctor about, if only I had one here. Finding new doctors and dentists is an interesting task.
Zoe is so cute.
Pablo — My cold seems to be mainly in my nose and throat, at least so far. I can talk a little better today.
Scott — I think mine may end up in my chest, too. I hope I get over mine quicker than Mark is getting over his.
Robin — The hassle of finding new doctors is one of the reasons I would rather not have to leave this area when we move.
